'out-of-CapeTown' courses
As a personal initiative of the Course Leader, and following many requests from the public, this popular Course is now available for live, "real-world" presentation 'out-of-Cape Town', anywhere in South Africa and Neighbouring Countries. Please see below for organisational details.
The content and features as well as the price structure of the Course are identical to the one held in Cape Town.
You may see full details of the "real-world" Course "How to build a Professional Web Site" presented by Carlo Scodanibbio at the University of Cape Town at address

There are three main differences, though:
- All 'Country' Courses are structured in 3 Modules of 2 full-day Sessions each (instead of the 4 x 4 hours Sessions in Cape Town). The overall time duration is the same: 16 hours per Module.
Generally, the full-day Sessions are held during week-ends (Saturday and/or Sunday) to facilitate participation.
- Participants must bring their own Computer (or, ideally, their laptop). This is because it is not easy to find suitable and/or easily available Computer Labs, even in major Towns.
- No discount is applicable to 'Country' Courses, except an overall 10% discount if all 3 Modules are taken.
- A minimum number of participants is required for the course to be held.
Participants' computers - minimum requirements are:
Pentium class - 64 Mb RAM - 20 Mb free Hard Disk space - Colour Monitor - CD Drive (preferable) or Floppy Drive - Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP or superior as Operating System.
The How to build a Professional Web Site course can be organised just anywhere.
If you think you can build up a team of at least 20 participants - if you have a suitable venue (capable of accommodating comfortably all participants and their computers, for instance a community hall or similar) - if you can provide in that venue internet connection for at least one computer - just contact the course leader to set-up all details.
